The 2019 Lunch, Laugh & Learn marks the 10th anniversary of this event held to help raise awareness for breast cancer. This event was held at The Local on Laurel and featured a panel of women’s health specialists, including Lori Gaylor (PA-C, MPAS, DFAAPA), Rhonda Jones (FNP-BC), Kristal Jaster (PA) and Stephanie Reese (DO).
Also in attendance as a keynote speaker, was Margie Singleton. Margie is known for initiating “Margie’s Law”, legislation that would require providers to notify women if they have dense breast tissue that makes mammogram results unreliable.
