How Do I Handle Payment?
Your insurance will be billed. Self-pay is also accepted.
What Technology Do I Need?
You will need an email address and either a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Access to a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone is preferred. Smartphones and tablets can be used depending on your cellular service strength.
How Do I Make An Appointment?
Call your doctor/provider’s office to schedule your appointment. Before your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email or text from your provider. Simply click on a link in the message at least five minutes before your appointment time and follow the prompts to be virtually connected with your provider. If you do not see an email from your provider, be sure to check your junk mail file.
