Effingham Health System’s Emergency Department will remain open 24/7 during the storm.

PHYSICIAN PRACTICE CLOSURES: All Effingham Family Medicine locations, Effingham Pediatric Center, Effingham Women’s Health, Effingham Cardiology, Effingham Occupational Medicine, and Effingham Imaging Center (in Rincon) will Close Tuesday, Jan 21st at 1:00 pm and reopen on Thursday, Jan 23rd, at 1:00 p.m.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Effingham Emergency Management Agency will open a Warming Center at Pineora Baptist Church, 131 Elkins St, Guyton, GA 31312, for those needing a warm place to stay. The EMA Warming Center will also offer electricity for personal oxygen machines for those without power.
