U.S. News & World Report has named Effingham County Extended Care Facility as one of the Best Nursing Homes In Georgia – 2015.
The rating was based on information from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The recognition was given for the overall performance in health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of medical care.
